*When placing orders, especially accessory orders, note that order processing occurs Monday through Friday during business hours. Any edits to your order can be made during that time as well.
*If you are choosing to send your order to a P.O. box, you MUST select USPS as your shipping method. Note that rates with UPS and FedEx will often be cheaper and they provide more reliable services. If you have an international order and are receiving frees shipping, Fedex will typically be the service provider. If you would like to pay the difference, email Veronica @ email@example.com to inquire about switching to DHL.

How much is shipping?
It depends on the items and where it is shipping. After you add an item to your cart, it will take you to the shopping cart page. At that page you can either go back to shopping or check on your shipping options. You are only required to give your country, state (if applicable), and zip code to see the shipping cost. The website is connected to our shipping accounts and gives you the best value options available for your area. If your cart exceeds $400 in the US or $800 per instrument *international (*subject to approval) we cover all cost of shipping. With small goods like strings you are advised to take the First Class Parcel option as it is the most cost effective and has been successful for us. If your ukulele order includes free shipping domestic/international, FedEx will be the shipping service we use. For domestic shipments, we use FedEx 2 day, but if you want to choose FedEx Overnight, that is sometimes offered as an option depending on your location. Note that the 2 day/Overnight shipment is FedEx's guarantee and only includes business days. For international shipments, we typically use FedEx International, but if you wish to switch to and pay for the difference, you can email Veronica about making the switch to DHL. Import taxes from your country are out of our control but will be required upon delivery. Small goods are shipped international with First Class International.
Why didn't I get my tracking?
After you purchase an ukulele it still needs to be set up. We try our best to be timely for you, but still put more importance on being correct than being fast. We do more than box it up and ship it out. Due to the high volume of orders and our high standards, allow for your ukulele to arrive in set-up. Once your ukulele is complete in set-up, and ready for shipment, you will receive notification with tracking. That is why it is important to provide an accurate and active email for your account. You can also log onto your account to see updates. If you have issue receiving updates or don't receive tracking, you may contact Veronica 808-622-8000 ext. 3 from 9-4 Hawaii time Monday-Friday or email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.

Attention: Please include both a phone number and valid email addresses for all international shipment.
NOTE: We currently aren't shipping Rosewood instruments internationally, but on November 26th the ban on shipping instruments containing Rosewood will be lifted. If the ukulele you purchased contains some type of shell (ie. Abalone or Mother of Pearl), the shipment will require an EDEC (Electronic Declaration permit) from U.S. Fish and Wildlife in order to export. The cost of the permit is $93 USD, which we can invoice you for and then file upon set-up. We ship to many countries and are super thankful for the support we get from our friends all over the world. Simply enter your information in your shopping cart to get a quote on Express International Shipping. Additional taxes, or customs fees are added by some countries. This we can not control, and you will need to contact your local government customs department to see what they will charge. Contact us with any questions, but we will not be able to tell you what your countries import laws are.
