Right now, processing for ukulele orders is 15-18 days. Accessory only orders ship same or next business day.
Once your uke is being set up, it's a unique effort to make sure it meets our standards and then get the improvements that are our specializing service. How much is shipping?
It depends on the items and where it is shipping. After you add an item to your cart, it will take you to the shopping cart page. At that page you can either go back to shopping or check on your shipping options. You are only required to give your country, state (if applicable), and zip code to see the shipping cost. The website is connected to our shipping accounts and gives you the best value options available for your area. If your cart exceeds $400 in the US or $800 per instrument *international (*subject to approval) we cover all cost of shipping. With small goods like strings you are advised to take the First Class Parcel option as it is the most cost effective and has been successful for us. Otherwise we ship most ukulele packs with UPS 2 day within the USA. International shipping is now DHL. DHL is 3-5 days in transit and has excellent tracking and insurance. Import taxes from your country are out of our control but will be required upon delivery. Small goods are shipped international with First Class International.
Why didn't I get my tracking?
After you purchase an ukulele it still needs to be set up. We try our best to be quick for you, but still put more importance on being correct than being fast. We don't just box it up and ship it out. Our setup process can be lengthy or present us with problems.
If you have registered with our website then you should get an email notification, but also can log in to your account and see it in My Orders. First it will say processing and after being shipped it will give you the tracking info. If you are not registered, when it ships you should get an email from UPS, DHL or USPS with your tracking numbers. If you do not see it first check your junk mail. If you tried this and still don't see the email then contact Zach at (808)783-3696 from 9-4 Hawaii time Monday-Friday or email email@example.com. You can use any of our contacts and we can try to assist you but this is the most direct and efficient way to get tracking.
Do you ship to my country? and will I have to pay Customs fees?
We ship to every continent and are super thankful for the support we get from our friends all over the world. Simply enter your information in your shopping cart to get a quote on Express International Shipping. Additional taxes, or customs fees are added by some countries. This we can not control and you will need to contact your local government customs department to see what they charge. DHL will collect this amount when they deliver. Contact us with any questions but we will not be able to tell you what your countries import laws are. Hopefully they aren't too bad.
