KoAloha Slimline Tenor with Deluxe Hardcase
This is the rare slimline KoAloha tenor. It's about 3/4" slimmer than the regular KoAloha tenor. It's more comfortable to reach around with the slender body, but the tone is very robust as you would expect from a great tenor. If it shows "In Stock", then the ukulele pictured is now available!
Another amazingly successful design from the genius builders at KoAloha! It has a thinner body width but has tons of volume and body to the sound. Beyond having wonderful resonant qualities, this Hawaiian koa tenor uke is extra easy to play.
So the big question is....How does it compare in acoustic tone with the regular full body tenor KoAloha? We did a side-by-side recording of the two for you. Check it out! Note: This video was done a few years ago with different mics from our current setup, but the comparison within the video will still show an equal comparison.

Very satisfied ! 0 people found this helpfulI Own this superbe intrument one month ago. I used to play Favilla (soprano & baritone) Hamano concert. And the KoAloha is far away more easy and fun to play, in tune, rich in tone from the others. And with the LR Baggs 5.0 , when I play plugged, the sound I get is closed to an acoustic sound. And what to say about the Ukulele site team ? I called a few times and had Zak who was always very friendly and listenned to my wishes. The set up they made is (in one word) excellent ! thanks for that. Last word..... To get this superb instrument, you'll have to spend a lot of money. But youll' forget that soon and your fantastic KoAloha will still be home !

'Da Best! 0 people found this helpfulThis "ukulele is the easiest to play. Small size is very easy to hold. I can finger chords on this 'ukulele that I can't finger on other ukes. The action is great. Makes me seem like a better player than I am. I bought one of these a few months ago. It sounded great then but I think it sounds even better now. The KoAloha's have a special sweet Hawaiian sound! I think this is a great deal. It comes with factory installed LR Baggs 5.0. When you play way up the fret board and you're amped, it sounds so sweet and clear. The case, I think you only get this HMS, is amazing! Fits like a glove. You don't want to keep this beauty in a gig bag like Kala or flopping around in a regular tenor case. So easy to play, great sound, great electronics and case! If I could only have one 'ukulele -- this would be it!

Wow! Wow! Wow! 0 people found this helpfulI don't have this sweet KoAloha thin body ukulele, but I've played one owned by a friend. Acoustically, this uke booms like a cannon - its loud! - which belies its smaller body cavity due to the thin-line construction. As with all KoAloha ukes, it is impeccably well made in all details from the wood to the finish and design. The LR Baggs is top notch and offers plenty of ear pleasing uke sound in an amplified environment. There is much Aloha in tone and vibe. The price point and overall value makes this uke a must-have for ukulele enthusiasts and musicians. KoAloha has a winner with this model. P.S. This uke is on my wish list and will be my next ukulele purchase.
