Makai Tenor Package!

We have not made a video with the aquila strings but this video is with the GHS strings. The Aquila tend to be brighter on the high's, but you can at least hear the tone from this video. This uke sounds good! The consensus here at the shop is that this tenor is a smokin' deal! The sound of this tenor ukulele is balanced and the design is fluent with a classic Martin style construction. It is a solid instrument without being heavy or overbraced.

The tuning keys are really well made, and a bone nut and saddle are used (something more common with higher end ukes). The neck profile feels CNC computer perfect. Which is what the best makers are doing to insure a consistent feel and flow. After our final setup, this tenor plays effortlessly.

It is available with a low G setup at no extra charge.
