This acacia series from Kala has been very hard to keep in stock. They go away as soon as they come in because they have all the features most of us look for- Solid wood, sweet tone, and attractive looks. The wood binding and herringbone along with the satin finish give a very natural, woody look. But there is a pizazz to this model, with the Acacia woods, pearl inlays, and slotted headstock.It's looks appeal to those that like a simple, satin style, as well as those liking some flash and eye candy.The sound has a lush sustain and an abundance of body. I am sure whoever buys this model with our setup will be stocked!

The baritone is tuned B-G-B-E, like the high four strings on a guitar. But the shapes are all the same as other ukes. Just a fourth lower. So a G on an ukulele is a D on a baritone ukulele, and likewise with other keys. So guitarist as well as uke players should feel comfortable making music on the baritone. It is a very relaxing and sweet tone. As you can hear it is great for a Hawaiian slack key style.
