The exotic mahogany series has been very popular in the store. They look and sound great for this price range. Simple as that. It is a traditional "koa" type of a look with curly woods and has a classy black binding to frame it off. The sound is among the best for this range. One of our guitar teachers bought this model for himself, because in this price range it is a hard one to beat! Of course you can get a better uke for a hundred more or so, but for many, this model gives all the good vibes and tones you need in a range that will allow you to take it out and around, or even around the house without worry. If you have a Hawaiian Uke get this or it's brother, the KA-T to take around.

What is our "setup"? We don't make these ukuleles. We make them better! This includes Saddle and Nut heights, Fret work (usually planing or "dressing" and edge filing), intonation checks, and a thorough inspection for cosmetic flaw. With this price range our setup is a must. There is never one just ready to go. These are extremely affordable for a Real instrument. They can not spend the time getting the final setup just right, like we do. Get this uke and you will soon be able to experience a musical tenor ukulele with a great feel.
