Ana'ole ukes are made by Gareth "Bula" Yahiku in the modern Hawaiian style. They sound similar to the Kamaka but a bit more punchy or sharper in the mid range! The design is simple but beautiful, with the rounded lower bout and slight flair of the headstock. The A logo has a similiar flow to it. This is his basic koa tenor with a Koa fretboard which harmonizes nicely with the gorgeous tones of this Hawaiian Koa. Bone nut and saddle, Grover tuning keys, amazing book-matched koa, with humidifier & hard case and all for well under a grand! Ana'ole's are 1st class and priced extremely well for the quality you get!
