First of all the people at Hawaiiain Music Supply are wonderful people to deal with. Courteous, honest, and very concerned with the customer. They exhibit a level of integrity that is not real common these days. I ordered my instrument from Andrew and he took care of all the details and I had my instrument in one week! Thank you Andrew!
The instrument is wonderful. It's construction is flawless with keen attention to detail. The tone is warm, plump, and a level of projection that is unbelieveable from a soprano. It is bright without being too bright to sound plunky. It has perfect balance and is very hard to put down. I absolutely love it! It has good dynamics and lends itself to phrasing.It has that classic Hawaiian sound. What else could I expect from a genuine Koaloha. I highly recommend this instrument to the discerning ukulele player.
