Not only does this thing sound fantastic, but it is beautiful. Unusual, but beautiful. A study in tones of orange. Subtle in some ways, outstanding in others.
I know that sounds freakish and odd, but the padauk rosette and binding really tie it together beautifully with the cedar, acacia, rosewood, and mahogany. The cedar top is superb in sound.
I too have the low G, and it works wonderfully with it, highly resonant.
You won't be disappointed, particularly for the amount of the investment.
