Although rosewood/spruce was my favorite visually I picked the tiny tenor in Mahogany because I fell in love with the powerful and crisp sound immediately. Some may find the resonance and long sustain of the mahogany overwhelming at first, but it's a great feature to have and easy to control once you are used to it.
I am equally amazed by the precise intonation. Having played many different tiny tenors and classic ukuleles made by Romero Creations, I feel that they deliver consistently high quality.
