I now have 2 of these ukuleles. The second one I purchased online from Hawaiian Music supply, and I highly recommend doing business with these guys. The set up they did before shipping meant the uke arrives ready to play, I only had to adjust the tuning and play. (all new strings will need some adjustment for a while) The ukulele being setup means will have the correct intonation and no issues with playability. Kala ukulele has a great product line of beginning to intermediate level and above, their products are good value oriented instruments and I can recommend them to anyone. Keep strumming. Grandpa Bob.
