This solid mahogany uke opened up a whole new world for me--the extra neck width makes many chords easier to play even for those of us with small hands. The sound is rich and sweet, with great intonation. Bonus: It's very, very pretty (the HMS photos accurately show the subtle colours). And the set-up from HMS was absolutely perfect. I couldn't be happier.
