For the price this uke is an absolute steal, I have owned one in both full body and cutaway designs for 3 years now and neither have failed me. The kala value is excellent as usual and both ukes have been through their fair share of abuse on the road, in fact it is my go to travel uke. Sound is decent, but what can you expect from a uke at this price point.
