I love this uke but I really did not like dull finish. I read some articles about buffing the finish to gloss. I used 3000 grit sandpaper and Scratch Out polish. Lightly sand the finish ( I left the neck alone) dull. I applied the Scratch Out with a the orbital polisher and polished to the gloss I wanted. I loved the final gloss finish! You can see the beautiful grain!
I wouldn't do this to any ukulele's finish but it will work on this model.
This uke sounds great and now looks awesome! One of my favorites!
