Fist off let me just say that the customer ser vice was a straight up 10 out of 10. I'm a total pain in the ass, this I understand but I was taken care of every step of the way, my new uke was not only everything promised but in a single word, perfection and it arrived early which was a huge surprise as is the sound and playability of this uke. A very good friend of mine who is a much better player and has a much more expensive uke was completely annoyed that my little Opio sounded better and according to him is more fun to play, I concur. I highly recommend the uke site for all you needs, these guys love ukes, what else can you ask for.
