I wanted to upgrade from my $90 ukulele to something a little nicer, something unique and solid wood but within my budget, so I had my eye on the Pono Concert Pineapple in mango for awhile. It looks even better in person, and though I'm no expert, it sounds beautiful with a nice mellow smooth quality I really enjoy.

Also, the first uke I received was damaged and they took care of me right away. Superb customer service!
