This tenor has a big warm tone and after our setup work is a smashing value! This is like their MT-4 but with added top and back tortoise binding framing it off as well as the rosette. Features the classic Kanile'a pin bridge and headstock for a wonderful look.
The Islander also has the Kanile'a 1.5" nut width of allowing a little more space when compared to the 1 3/8" most companies do. That aspect makes it popular for those with larger hands or just players that want more space for chording.

Wonderful sound both plugged and unplugged, a quality instrument by Kanile'a, that is a gem and you can't go wrong with the excellent full set-up, and the fantastic customer service.
