Great option for low G 0 people found this helpfulWe like the extended range provided by a low G string. However, we think most wound strings tend to sound "metallic" and thus don't blend in with the chords so well. Here is where the strings from Worth come in, because they are all unwound. They sound very clear and articulate both for strumming and fingerpicking, and they feel nice, too. Their clear strings ring out like bells, whereas the brown ones are bit more mellow. We like them both on different ukes, and they made all of them sound better. What might be a bit confusing, however, is the fact that there are so many different sets, but the string gauges are mostly the same, so you could probably just use a Tenor set on all sizes of ukes (except the baritone). Even more so as those double sets are rather short and might not always be long enough for stringing up two instruments.

Not a two set package. 0 people found this helpfulI think the information is wrong in this product, you can not string two concert ukes with this pack. But the sound of these string and sustain is great, I have had them on for two days now and I love them. A very bright and lovely sound. I restrung my kamaka hf-2 with worth clears, and the uke truly rings now.

Amazing 0 people found this helpfulI already have the Worth CM's on my KoAlohoa Pineapple but just recently replaced the much thicker stock Kamaka strings with these same Worth CM's. I definitely get more sound out of the Kamaka now without having to play so loud. I'm quite pleased with them. I did have to use 3 knots on the 'A' string with my HF-1. The Uke Site's video by Aaron about how to restring was my primer. Excellent tutorial. I highly recommend the strings and the video!

Perfect strings for my Kanilea K-1 concert 0 people found this helpfulI really like the way my Kanilea K-1 C sounds and plays after putting a set of these strings on my ukulele. The stock Aquila's do sound nice, but I am not a fan of how they feel or play (I prefer a good fluorocarbon string). But when I added these strings, my already great sounding uke became even better--their added brightness is the perfect compliment to the warm Kanilea tone. The intonation up the neck improved slightly as well; though it was already very good with the stock Aquila's, these Worth strings just made it even better. If you have a Kanilea, I definitely recommend that you give these a try. Be aware that if you have a concert sized ukulele, there is just barely enough length, per package, to make two sets of strings, so don't leave much slack when tying off at the bridge.
