Pictured ukulele is the exact one for sale here.

KoAloha became famous for this model and for good reason. For a little soprano it has a humongous sound. It's bright but with a full, warm low end. It has that famous soprano bark, but with sweet overtones from the koa and from KoAloha’s unique body design.

KoAloha has a single brace going around the body, and connecting the top back and sides. Whatever it is that they are doing, it works! The sound is fantastic and their new look with the ebony appointments, abalone inlays, and gloss finish is more beautiful than ever!

If you had yours eyes open for a good Hawaiian made instrument, this one will surely please your ears and induce some serious fun on the ukulele!

The KoAloha Soprano is a wonderfully bright and surprisingly loud instrument for it's size. It has an almost harp-like quality to iit. It's sounds great strummed, but I feel it really shines when finger picked. It is lightweight compared to most other brands. I think the lightness in build contributes to it's sustain and voice projection.

Koaloha makes unique sound. When I first time saw it in a store, I just wondered how can it produce such a clean tone, very pure, and sweet tone which I've never heard from other ukes. I love Koaloha, especially its soprano one. Easy strumming, happy to sing together with it, Don't hesitate to pack it in your bags when travelling.

KoAloha has not been in the ukulele-making business as long as some other manufacturers out there, however they have made quite a name for themselves. They've done so with their revolutionary patented Unibrace bracing system. It allows them to built very thin tops that resonate better than any ukulele I've personally tried. Their soprano is louder than many tenors on the market! It's mind-blowing! Add to that great playability and this soprano is one of the best bang-for0-the-buck instruments, period!

I was originally going to buy a Pono mahogany uke, but after listening to what I wanted in the voicing and tone and comparing it to my older Kala uke, MGM convinced me to buy this Koaloha Koa one. Money well spent! Been playing it for a few months now and it is lovely in sound, playability and looks. With the original strings, the tone has a punchy and sustained ring to it, not brittle but warm yet bright. The sound "envelops" the room warmly, so-to-speak. HMS set it up for me nicely so it is easy to fret and play. I love the original flurocarbon strings especially for finger-picking. The uke itself is very light and easy to hold. Funny enough, I've tried to play other ukes since buying this one and find that I keep going back to this one! Am very glad that MGM suggested this one despite my original choices.
