Looks great on your wall. Sounds great in your hands!
For over 20 years the Fluke line has been made by Dale Webb in New Hartford Connecticut, USA. It is a unique design that works for a warm clear sound and comfortable feel. This is a new Designer Fluke done with watercolor artist Evelyn Jenkins Drew, from Santa Cruz California. She had this to say about this piece she painted with watercolor and gouache.
I started painting the French papaya tree in a local nursery on a paint-out with my art group. Then I decided to add a 1967 VW truck and some special tropical cannas and a beach, of course. The title comes from the bobble hula girl on the dashboard behind the open safari windows.
So sure it looks cool, but this is also a fantastic sounding tenor with a wonderful feel. Our sound samples are recorded for true reference and have no alteration or enhancement. Kalei tries out this cool new tenor Fluke.
Flukes are made in the US with US-made parts. They are setup for a fantastic feel and classic sound: a big, warm, authentic ukulele tone you'll love. And they are made to be very durable. They're cool. They're fun. And this one has the essential upgrades, geared Peghed tuners, and wood fretboard. These designer flukes have full color dye sublimation printed with special inks embedded in the finish for colorfastness and durability. This is a gorgeous rendition of Evelyn Jenkins Drew original art.
We are including the Fluke deluxe padded gig bag. We will also make sure it plays it's absolute best in our setup process. This is how we do our job for you and we hope you can take advantage of what we offer as a free service.
