100% Hawaiian Made by the Kanilea's master builders here on the island of Oahu using the finest Koa wood. This tenor sounds as good as it looks, and it looks Good!!

This hand built tenor ukulele features premium Koa, rosewood bridge and fingerboard, tusq nut and saddle, tortoise top binding, and ishown off with a perfect gloss finish. Paua Abalone was used to inlay three honu or sea turtles in their ancient Hawaiian petroglyph moving up the soundboard. The figure of the wood is amazing on this instrument. It has a three dimensional radiance that curls like waves as you turn it. It's like three sea turtle making their way through the Hawaiian waves.  With a strong and clean projection and an effortless feel, this custom Hawaiian Tenor Ukulele give you many years of joyful play.

Options	This beautiful concert ukulele comes with a deluxe wooden Case: Custom Options You can have a Kanile'a pickup installed. This is routed and installed at the Kanile'a factory to fit absoultely perfect. This is a little more expensive than the installs we do ourselves and can add up to a week to the delivery. But if you want a pickup on your Kanilea, it is best to have Kanile'a install it. Kanile'a makes an active and a passive system. Kanilea will also install the MiSi -with it's rechargeable preamp,  or the new L.R. Baggs 5.0 ukulele pickup. Extra Options The Herco HE360, is the included humidifier. You can upgrade to the more expensive Oasis Ukulele Humidifier (OH-18). This is suggested if you live in a low humidity area.(parts of California, Nevada, Arizona, etc..) including cold winter areas if you are heating the air most of the day and night.
