The 6 string is different from a normal tenor in that it has a lower octave on the high A and a higher octave on the c string. The gives a wonderful full tone and a smooth feel to strumming the ukulele. It is still tuned G-C-E-A and is still played just like a regular ukulele, but the extra strings add another dimension of liveliness that will bring joy to your ears. Unlike some import 6 strings this Hawaiian ukulele is a breeze to play and keep in tune. Treat yourself to this spectacular instrument and you will have many years of pleasure playing it. This is a tenor sized instrument and comes with a tenor hardshell case.
