The new Kamaka Strings are very “warm” and balanced. They are not as bright as some other brands, but they have a nice round sound and great intonation from a machine radius and rectification.
Often companies use the same gauges for soprano/standard and concert, but cut them a little shorter for the standard. Kamaka just left this set to be used with either soprano size or concert size.
